Summer Reading

The Billings Public Library has a wonderful collection of books for teens.  If you like to set reading goals for yourself, join the Billings Public Library Summer Reading Program for Teens.  Students who keep track of hours of reading can win prizes!

Do you have an e-reader?  Download free e-books using the Billings Public Schools D2 eLibrary!  (See the button at the top right of this blog.)  You need your library barcode number to access the D2 eLibrary.  Get this from Mrs. Doles.
You can also download e-books at Montana Library To Go using your Billings Public Library barcode number.  This number is on the back of your library card.

Attend Neil Gaiman's Presentation on February 21

Neil Gaiman, Newbery Award winning author of The Graveyard Book, will meet with a lucky group of middle school students on February 21 at the new Billings Public Library.  His presentation will start at 3:30 and will last until 5:00.  This event is free, but due to limited space, only 10 Will James students will receive tickets to attend.  If you want to go, see Mrs. Doles as soon as possible.  Students will only be considered for a ticket if they can prove that they have a ride to and from this event.
